HowAreWe is not a medical application. It does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The app displays aggregate symptom statistics correlated with weather data for informational purposes only. This information does not constitute medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical consultation.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

All data, statistics, forecasts, and correlations provided by the app are for informational purposes only. You use this information at your own risk. We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading symptom reports
• Attempt to manipulate statistics or counters
• Use automated systems to submit reports
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract data from the app beyond its intended use
• Use the app to harass, harm, or deceive others

5. Intellectual Property

The app, its design, code, and content are owned by HowAreWe. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app without permission.

6. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HowAreWe and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
